what we offer:

whether you're looking to develop the fundamentals of movement as a middle school age athlete or refine your skills, build tremendous power, and become a dominant force on the field, next level fitness has a program to suit your needs.  we offer:

  • one-on-one sports performance instruction
  • small group instruction (2-5 athetes per trainer)
  • team instruction (on-site or at your school)
  • "boot camp" instruction for sport specific and general groups
  • youth camps to help develop agility, coordination, balance, endurance, and speed

why we offer it:

too often high school athletes are hindered by a less-than-average primary strength and conditioning program, where proper instruction of olympic lifts and speed, agility, and plyometric drills are not present.  at next level fitness, we teach our athletes the proper mechanics behind athletic movement before they're allowed to lift exceedingly large amounts of weight.  this allows them to:

  • get the most out of their strength and conditioning program
  • blur the edges between control and chaos while remaining completely safe and mechanically correct - this is where unbelievable results are produced.

our current programs

our spring programs will soon be coming to an end.  beginning june 7, 2010, we'll be launching our  high school sports performance camps designed to:

  • teach proper mechanics of non-traditional lifts, olympic lifts, and power lifts such as the clean, power clean, hang clean, hang power clean, snatch, jerk, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, kettlebell swing, kettlebell snatch, atlas stone lift, tire flip, spool drag, sledgehammer, etc.
  • teach proper mechanics of human movement - sprinting, running, cutting, reversals, jumping, etc. to maximize efficiency, speed, and power on the court, the field and in the weight room.
  • enhance jumping, lifting, and power output capabilities to provide the fully-loaded arsenal needed for a break-away season.
  • build a level of muscular endurance to rival state and national champions.  trust us, muscular and cardiovascular endurance gains will blow you away.

every workout during the 12 week camp will be completely different, continually challenging weak points and strengthening them through intense performance training.

enrolling into a next level fitness sports camps is very simple.  below you'll be able to choose the camp for which you wish to enroll.  you'll be redirected to a paypal page where you will enter your checking account or credit card information (this is a secure site).  once submitted, you'll be sent to our athlete enrollment form where you'll enter basic information about yourself.  this gives us an idea where you're starting from and where you want to go with your training.

  • all athletes enrolled in our summer '10 sports camps will receive a free t-shirt
