how often should i meet with a trainer to achieve maximum results?
there are a lot of variables that determine the number of times that one should meet with a trainer to achieve maximum results. typically our most successful clients work with their trainer 3 times weekly in addition to completing 1-2 additional prescribed workout routines on their own. all together, training 4-5 times per week is a realistic way to achieve great results.
the most important thing to remember is that there are plans to fit everyones needs and you do not need to have a limitless budget or time schedule to succeed working with a trainer. we've worked with clients as little as once a month who have experienced life changing results, and we can help you achieve your fitness goals, too.
